In 2025, KW activated its 1940s archive (of oral histories with Lebanese and Palestinian women born in the 1940s and before) through a creative workshop led by Lebanese feminist writer, Iman Humaydan.
From September till December 2025, participants met regularly to develop stories of their families—especially revolving around women in their families and communities. At the end, at least 7 of the participants were able to produce beautiful feminist stories that span all of Lebanon throughout its different historical periods.
